This policy explains how Texas Tinted (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information through texastinted.com, our quote forms, and our texts, emails and calls.

We use GlassFlow for quotes and messages

We use GlassFlow, a shop-management platform, to run our online quote forms and to send our text messages, emails, proposals, deposit and payment links, appointment confirmations and reminders. When you request a quote or book with us, GlassFlow stores and processes your information on our behalf. See the GlassFlow privacy policy for how GlassFlow handles it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, mobile number, email and address.
• Details about your job: vehicle, home or building, windows and measurements, photos, film choices and notes.
• Messages between you and us by text, email or phone.
• Appointment, proposal, signature, invoice and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• A record of the texting consent you gave: the wording shown and when you agreed.
• Website usage: pages visited, device and browser, and the ad or site that sent you, collected with cookies and similar tools (see below).

How we use it

• To answer your quote request, price, schedule and complete your job, and to honor your warranty.
• To text and email you about your quote, appointment, installer arrival, invoice and warranty.
• To send follow-ups and occasional offers, when you’ve agreed to receive them.
• To reply to you, sometimes with help from an AI assistant in GlassFlow that our staff can review and take over.
• To understand how our website and ads perform and improve them.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give your mobile number on our quote form and agree to receive texts, Texas Tinted will text you through GlassFlow about your quote and appointment, including follow-ups and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also call or text us at (832) 492-5314.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with GlassFlow and the messaging carriers that deliver our texts, solely to send them.

Cookies, analytics and ads

Our website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure visits and the results of our ads. These tools may set cookies and collect your device, browser and page activity. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Facebook accounts.

How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our installers and staff working on your job.
• Service providers that help us run the business, such as GlassFlow, payment processing (Stripe), phone and texting, email, website hosting, analytics and advertising platforms. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
• Authorities when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of you, us or others.

How long we keep it

We keep job and customer records as long as needed for your warranty, accounting and legal requirements. Records of your texting consent and opt-outs are kept so we can honor them.

Your choices

• Stop texts any time by replying STOP.
• Ask to see, correct or delete your information by calling or texting (832) 492-5314. We may keep what we’re legally required to keep.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email.

Children

Our services aren’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
