These terms apply when you use texastinted.com, request a quote, book with Texas Tinted, or receive our texts and emails. By using them you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

We use GlassFlow for quotes and messages

Our online quote forms, proposals, deposit and payment links, and our texts and emails are provided through GlassFlow, a shop-management platform. Using those forms and links is also subject to the GlassFlow terms.

Text messaging terms

Program. When you give your mobile number on our quote form and agree to receive texts, Texas Tinted will text you through GlassFlow about your quote and appointment: quote and proposal updates, deposit and payment links, appointment confirmations and reminders, installer arrival times, warranty certificates, follow-ups on open quotes, and occasional offers. Replies may come from our staff or our AI assistant.

• Message frequency varies with your quote and appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We’ll send one confirmation and then no more automated texts unless you sign up again.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (832) 492-5314.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from it first or let us know.

We never sell or share your mobile number or texting consent for third-party marketing. See our Privacy policy.

Quotes and prices

Online and instant quotes are estimates based on the vehicle, windows, measurements and photos you provide. Your final price may change if we find something different when we see the job, and we’ll tell you before any work starts. The proposal or agreement you approve sets the final terms for your job.

Deposits, payments and cancellations

Deposits, payment terms and cancellation rules are shown on your proposal, agreement or booking page before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is described on your warranty certificate and the film manufacturer’s terms.

Using our website

Please give accurate information and only submit your own contact details. Don’t misuse the site or try to interfere with it. Content on this site is for general information; tint law details are summarized and may change, so confirm before you choose a shade.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Texas Tinted isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website or our messages.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
